Eric, a seasoned Fitness Coach since 2005, boasts extensive training across various disciplines and has honed his expertise in Calisthenics, Yoga, Hand Balancing, Mobility, and Flexibility. As a dedicated Professional Fitness Coach, his primary goal is to guide individuals in unlocking their full physical potential. Eric approaches his coaching as a sport, emphasizing personal improvement over competition with others. He firmly believes that the true competition lies within oneself, urging clients to surpass their previous selves.

 

His teaching style, characterised by a blend of utilitarianism and specialisation, recognises the unique qualities of each student. With almost two decade of experience working with diverse bodies, Eric leverages his knowledge to push clients beyond their comfort zones. By placing 'FUNCTION' at the core of his teaching philosophy, he ensures that overcoming challenges becomes a source of satisfaction, motivating students effectively.

 

Known affectionately as the 'smiling assassin' by his students, Eric employs a unique method combining tough love and humor. With over a decade of experience as a Personal Trainer, Anthony has seamlessly integrated myofascial release treatment into his practice. Originating his fitness journey in weightlifting, he achieved a personal best deadlift of 190kg, attributing his success to the paramount importance of mobility. Anthony's proficiency extends to a unique and effective hands-on approach developed over the years, allowing him to expertly guide and treat individuals, addressing any discomfort and facilitating improved movement patterns.

Gisele, a highly skilled 500-hour certified yoga instructor, brings a wealth of experience to her teaching. Notably, Gisele holds the distinction of being one of the few certified Rocket Yoga teachers in Australia, showcasing her commitment to specialized and advanced yoga practices. Having undergone training with distinguished teachers worldwide, she is dedicated to imparting the transformative practice of yoga to individuals.
