Welcome to our beginner-friendly introduction to the upside-down world class! This class is designed for anyone curious about venturing into the exciting realm of inversions.
Join us as we gently guide you through preparation drills for the body, exploring various inversions and hand balancing poses. The aim is to gradually build your confidence and lay the foundation for mastering the handstand. No prior experience required – just bring your enthusiasm, and let's begin this upside-down journey together!

PREREQUISITE: Obtain approval from the trainer before attending.
In this class, we ventures into the world of handstands, cultivating confidence, strength and body awareness needed to conquer the upside-down realm. For the seasoned handbalancer, we will explore advanced handstand shapes/transitions.
For a seamless experience, it is advisable to participate in the Handstand Prep Work class, especially if this is your first handstand session at Gravit8 Studio.
