March block focus: Ring Muscle-Up — developing pulling power, dip strength and transition control.

 

A structured strength class built around progressive training blocks. We develop push, pull, lower body and core through calisthenics and ring-based progressions to build real, transferable strength.

Our March training block will focus on developing the Air Baby — an arm-balance variation where one elbow supports the hip while the body balances in a compact, side-leaning position — along with the handstand progressions and foundational strength required to build toward this skill.

 

Embark on a transformative journey with our Skill Mechanics class, meticulously crafted to empower both novices and seasoned practitioners in refining the technical foundations of hand balancing and advanced positions.

 

In this class, we engage in targeted strength and conditioning drills tailored to develop precise mechanics, control and structural capacity. Alongside this, dynamic mobility and flexibility exercises are integrated to optimise range of motion, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of diverse inverted shapes and split-based positions.

Beginner | Thursday & Sunday

Welcome to your entry point into the upside-down world.

 

This beginner-friendly class is designed for anyone curious about learning how to handstand safely and effectively. We focus on foundational strength, wrist preparation, wall-supported drills and basic alignment principles to help you understand how the inverted position works.

 

Through progressive exercises, you’ll build confidence, body awareness and the essential capacity required to develop your handstand practice.

 

No prior experience required — just a willingness to try.

Advanced Level | Tuesday & Saturday

PREREQUISITE: Ability to hold a 60-second chest-to-wall handstand.

 

This class is dedicated to the execution and refinement of freestanding handstand skills. Sessions focus on balance control, line precision, advanced shapes and smooth transitions between positions.

 

Athletes will work on entries, weight shifts and dynamic variations while developing greater efficiency and consistency in the inverted position.

 

If you are building towards this prerequisite, we recommend attending Introduction to Handstand and/or Skill Mechanics first.

All Levels | Beginner Friendly | Thursday

We begin with guided breathwork to down-regulate the nervous system and shift the body into recovery mode.

 

From there, the session flows into structured mobility drills, controlled end-range work and myofascial release techniques designed to restore joint range, reduce muscular tension and support tissue quality.

 

This lower-intensity class is built to reduce DOMS, enhance recovery efficiency and improve long-term resilience — helping you train consistently and perform at your best.
